Gabrielle is responsible for the legal real estate function across Renewable Connections’ entire project portfolio of renewable energy developments. In addition to managing external legal relationships and performance so as to ensure that transactions progress to schedule, her role extends to assessing and advising on project risks and risk management strategies, and providing company secretarial support to the business.
Gabrielle joined Renewable Connections in May 2022 having previously worked in private practice as both a commercial and agricultural property solicitor. A specialist in advising her clients in connection with solar PV and battery storage schemes and the onshore aspects of offshore wind farms, she has substantial experience of drafting and negotiating options, leases, easements, surrenders and direct agreements.
Gabrielle trained with Linklaters in London and Moscow, before moving to Pinsent Masons in London on qualification. Following a break to care for her children, she resumed her career with Mills & Reeve in Cambridge. She is a practising solicitor and has a MA (Oxon) degree in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (PPE) from Oxford University.
