Renewable Connections, one of the UK’s leading solar and battery developers, is celebrating its first ever Scottish consent. The 25MW Strathruddie Solar Farm and 20MW battery storage development by Kinglassie in Fife, was approved unanimously by Fife Council at committee on the 16th March.
Renewable Connections one of the UK’s leading solar and battery developers, is celebrating three consents in quick succession, securing up to 165.9MW of home grown energy for the UK grid. All three projects have been developed in partnership with European Energy (EE) and will generate enough power for up to 21,000 homes once operational and have a lifespan of up to forty years.
